Our Standards
We feel like our standards are pretty easy to understand. If they're not clear to you, maybe you should seek a different kind of supportive service?
We plow the entire valley.
Our service area includes Youngstown, Warren, Boardman, Austintown, Hubbard, Canfield, Poland, Columbiana, Lisbon, Alliance, and everything in between.
We plow when there's 2 inches or more of snow.
Depending on your location, we will let you know where we get this information(usually the National Weather Service closest to your location). You can always request a plow if there's less than 2 inches if you'd like, but we feel like under two inches is a little underwhelming.
If there's more than six inches, it counts as two plows.
Six inches is an above-average event for most and takes some extra effort to handle. The City of Youngstown declares a snow emergency when there's only four inches, but we'd like to think we're capable of handling a little more. Your standard price doubles.
If there's more than 10 inches in a 24-hour period, all guarantees are thrown out the window.
We will make sure you get plowed, but it may take a while as we attempt to work our way to your location. With that much snow, everyone is going to need to plow even more than normal.
We can apply salt if you'd like.
We get a lot of ice here in Ohio. We can also pre-treat areas before a storm to ensure safety the next day. We'll include a price for salt application when we quote your standard price. The increasing cost percentage applies to the salt price as well.
We can clear your walkways and make sure they're salted.
We're not just one guy in a beat-up old truck. When we show up to plow, the whole squad takes care of you, including someone to clear your walks if you'd like. We try to be pretty open-minded, so we'll take care of not just your front, but also your back if that's what you're into. The increasing cost percentage applies to the walkway-clearing price as well.
We take pictures after every service.
We're not gonna play he-said she-said games if we haven't made that clear. After every service, we take pictures of the result. If you're not okay with us taking pictures, maybe try calling Tom down the street, who works for cash only. He seems trustworthy.
We don't wanna deal with annoying you about unpaid invoices.
We wanna plow. That's it. Please don't make us miss out on plowing because we have to send emails and follow up about invoices. We offer a 2% discount if you save a credit card when paying so we can auto-bill after every service.
We ain't plowing for free.
We expect to be paid on time. If you haven't paid us for the last time we plowed you, don't expect us to show up next time to take care of you again. You'll just have to take care of yourself, sorry.
